Cancellation Policy

Bookings • All art classes must be booked in advance. • A booking is only confirmed once payment (or a deposit, if applicable) has been received. • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment • Payment is required to secure your spot in the class. • Prices are communicated in advance and may change for future bookings. • Payments are non-transferable unless agreed to in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Student) • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class may be rescheduled or credited toward a future class. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable. • Failure to attend a booked class without notice results in forfeiture of the session and payment. Artist / Instructor Cancellations • If the artist needs to cancel or reschedule a class, students will be offered: – A rescheduled class date, or – A credit toward a future class. • No cash refunds will be issued for artist-initiated cancellations. Late Arrivals • Late arrivals may result in reduced class time. • Classes will not be extended to accommodate late arrivals. Materials • All students are required to organise their own art kit in order to attend the class, regardless of whether they are attending one class or multiple classes. • The artist will provide a list of required art materials in advance. • Students are responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and taking care of their own art kits at all times. • Students who do not have the required art kit may not be permitted to participate in the class. Conduct • Respectful behaviour toward the artist, other students, and the studio space is required at all times. • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the class without a refund. Agreement By booking a class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this booking policy.
